Megan is a Physical Therapist by trade and has been with WellSpring Home Health since its inception in 2021. She has over 15 years of experience as a physical therapist, most of which occurred in the acute care setting. After starting a family and moving to Ohio in 2017, she began working in the home health setting, where she enjoyed getting to spend more time with her patients and helping them to thrive in their own environment. She has experience as a case manager and clinician, as well as with precepting, quality assurance and program development, and is a Certified OASIS Quality Specialist. She moved into a management role to allow her to utilize her strengths as an educator and leader, and strives to ensure her team provides the highest quality of care to their patients.
